Course Overview
This course emphasizes the importance of a discrimination and harassment-free workplace.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
1. Define Discrimination and its relation to employment practices
2. Identify the Protected Classes under Federal and State law
3. Explain what a Reasonable Accommodation is and the process to request
4. Define and explain sexual harassment, as well as all applicable laws
5. Explain the complaint/grievance process. Identify who and how to report complaints
6. Define and explain Retaliation in relation to discrimination
7. Apply knowledge by check on learning, questions, practical exercise, or exam
This course should take 40-50 minutes to complete.
