Discrimination Complaint Guidelines

These guidelines are for complaints at the State and Federal level. You agency or university has additional guidlines for their internal complaint or grievance process.

 

• Must file a complaint within 180 days of the latest incident of discrimination/harassment.
• Private Employer must have a 15 or more employees.
• There are differences concerning Sexual Harassment, will be discussed later.
