This course fosters the personal and professional development of future physician leaders. Course content during Phase 3 focuses on participants presenting capstone projects of their leadership journeys over the previous three years completing of the DLPD program. Capstone projects represent participants self-defined, comprehensive and meaningful representation of the personal and professional development process they have experienced from Phase 1 through Phase 3 of the DLPD program.
